New Friends cooperative House Building Society Ltd. had offered a piece of Land measuring 1946.55sq yards, opposite New Friends Colony in Village Khijrabad New Delhi for building and running a Lions Hospital. 26 Cubs of District 321A had formed a Lion Service Trust District 321-A on 24th October 1980, with Lion H S Sethi (PDG) as its chairman vide registration no. 5124 dt. 6th November, 1980. It was registered u/s 12(a) of Income Tax Act 1961,vide S No. DLI (e) (T-770) dt. 3rd Nov.1980. The donation was exempted u/s 80G from Income Tax department. The Land From New Friends Colony Co- operative House Building Society Ltd. had given Land to Lions Service Trust on 4th April 1981 on Annual lease. This Lease is renewed in 2018 for 45 years and can be renewed.

This Hospital is well Equipped with latest World class Machines for Cataract Surgeries. This Hospital Building has been Renovated last year. There are 18 vision center are attached to this hospital where camps are organised and segregated patients for cataract and other surgeries. Thousand of patients are visiting for checkup and taking benefits of this project every year. The hospital is also planning to have treatment and surgery the patients of retinopathy. The district leadership is also helpful to run this hospital.
